Insurance Benefits

Medical Insurance Benefit
If the insured receives medical treatment from a doctor due to an accident, a medical insurance benefit will be paid as follows:- 1 to 4 days: 10,000 yen
- 5 days or more: 100,000 yen to 1,000,000 yen based on severity.

Non-Operation Charge (NOC)
After an accident, you will be responsible for the Non-Operation Charge (NOC) as compensation for our business loss during the repair period.

NOC Warranty Service
In case of accident, the car needs to be repaired. Payment of the compensation for business loss is covered.
- Free towing up to 150,000 JPY.
- Late return grace period (1 hour) for valid reasons.
- Support for dead batteries, tires stuck, and vehicle unlocking.
- Hub Caps loss and damage covered.
Exclusions and Limitations
Insurance does not apply if:
- Accident not reported to us and police.
- Time of accident is outside rental contract period.
- Violation of Japanese traffic law (Drunk driving, etc.) or rental regulations.
- Tire damages, interior damages, hit and run, or smoke smell.
- Vehicle breakdown due to improper use.
Car Rental Agreement
If the car is not returned with a full tank of gasPlease fill up the gas fully before returning the car. If car is returned without a full tank of gas, you will be charged by our company policy : JPY 8,000 if the car is returned with less than full but more than half; JPY 16,000 if the car is returned with less than a half-tank. Please keep the latest receipt from the final fill-up and show it to us when you return the car.
More than half-tank and not full-tank will be charged JPY 6,000.
Less than half-tank and will be charged JPY 12,000.
If the car cannot be returned on timeYou must notify us IN FIRST HAND, we will charge a fee of late return and an operating loss fee due to he car not being available for the next customer. If an accident happens outside the rental period and we are not noticed beforehand, there will no be any kind of insurance compensation available.
When an accident happensIf The INSURANCE contract will be terminated once an accident occurs. You cannot move the vehicle on your own no matter whether it is you at fault or not. If there is no police record for the accident, then there will not be any kind of insurance compensation available.
If you have received a traffic ticketWhen returning the car, please show us both the ticket and receipt of the ticket payment. If the penalty was not settled, our company will charge you JPY 30,000 as a compensation.
Return The Car Outside Business Hours
Our business hours are from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM daily.
If you wish to return the car outside of these hours, we can generally arrange it for you.
However, a refundable deposit is required at the time of pickup.
Deposit Details :-
1. If you purchased Full Insurance → A deposit will be charged based on the NOC.
2. If you purchased Loss Damage Waiver Insurance → A deposit will be charged based on the NOC.
3. If you did not purchase any insurance → A deposit for CDW+ NOC will be required.
Deposit Amounts:-
CDW (Collision Damage Insurance)
* Small vehicles: 200,000 JPY
* Medium vehicles: 260,000 JPY
* Large vehicles: 300,000 JPY
NOC (Non-Operation Charge for Operational Loss) :-
* Small vehicles: 30,000 JPY
* Medium vehicles: 30,000 JPY
* Large vehicles: 70,000 JPY
After the car is returned, we will inspect its condition. If there are no issues, the full deposit will be refunded.
The actual time it takes for the refund to be credited depends on your bank’s processing speed.
