Our business hours are from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM daily.

If you wish to return the car outside of these hours, we can generally arrange it for you.
However, a refundable deposit is required at the time of pickup.

Deposit Details :-
1. If you purchased Full Insurance → A deposit will be charged based on the NOC.
2. If you purchased Loss Damage Waiver Insurance → A deposit will be charged based on the NOC.
3. If you did not purchase any insurance → A deposit for CDW+ NOC will be required.

Deposit Amounts:-
CDW (Collision Damage Insurance)
* Small vehicles: 200,000 JPY
* Medium vehicles: 260,000 JPY
* Large vehicles: 300,000 JPY

NOC (Non-Operation Charge for Operational Loss) :-
* Small vehicles: 30,000 JPY
* Medium vehicles: 30,000 JPY
* Large vehicles: 70,000 JPY

After the car is returned, we will inspect its condition. If there are no issues, the full deposit will be refunded.
The actual time it takes for the refund to be credited depends on your bank’s processing speed.
